Yes, but you need to unblock the file first.

• After copying and pasting the file into libraries, right-click on the file in libraries and go to properties.
• Then check the "unblock" box.
• Don't close the file manager.
• Open grasshopper and drag and drop the file from libraries into grasshopper.

Now, the component should be visible.
